Barry Birnberg

Biography

Barry Birnberg, Senior Advisor, provides a variety of real estate services and expertise for industrial and office real estate. Barry has been with Northco since entering the industry in 1998. Since that time he has worked in the following areas in real estate: property acquisition and disposition, tenant and landlord representation, consulting, strategic planning, and is involved in ownership and joint ventures for commercial property. This background provides him with a unique perspective to help clients through all phases of the real estate process and assist clients with achieving positive results. Prior to joining Northco Real Estate Services in 1998, he was employed in the tax departments of the public accounting firms of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. and KPMG Peat Marwick L.L.P., where he developed consulting and situational analysis skills that enable him to deliver dependable solutions to his clients.
