Chris Kubesh

Biography

 Chris has benefited from his 8 years of commercial real estate experience to advance to a senior advisor position at Sperry Van Ness | Northco, specializing in golf & resort and land practices. As one of the lead members of the Sperry Van Ness (“SVN”) national golf & resort council, the practice has allowed Chris the opportunity to expand from his home base of the Twin Cities of Minnesota and work on such specialty projects across the nation. His land projects worked on have covered much of the Midwest states and it continues to grow under the SVN national platform. While at Northco Real Estate Services, Chris has worked on hundreds of projects across all real estate disciplines, with considerations totaling well over $100 Million. Chris is also a founding member and Partner in Northco Golf & Hospitality (“NGH”), a full service management and consulting company specializing in the golf and hospitality industry. NGH services clients in areas including overall management, asset management, financial analysis, strategic planning, ownership restructuring, lender workouts, and exit/land development strategies.
