Dick Allendorf

Biography

 Dick Allendorf has over 30 years of real estate experience. His expertise includes marketing, planning and development, and leasing. Throughout his career he has had various roles. Prior to joining Northco, Dick was the Senior Vice President at Eberhardt Company where he directed the Real Estate Advisory Services Department, charged with coordinating and combining the skills and resources necessary to get maximum return from real estate assets for corporate, institutional and government clients. While with Opus he managed the development and leasing of all downtown Minneapolis developments including; 100/150 South Fifth office complex, the Fourth Avenue Parking Ramp, and First Bank Place. Dick is an active member on several councils and advisory boards, and is currently an elected member of the Minnetonka City Council.
