Jason Lamontagne

Biography

 Jason is an Advisor at SVN | Northco. SVN has become one of the most recognized commercial real estate brands in the world with over 200 offices in the North America. Jason has an MBA with an Accounting Concentration, a Master of International Management with an International Finance Concentration and BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of St. Thomas. In addition to the formal training he has 12 years experience in real estate, financial analysis, business development, and consulting. Jason has served a wide array of clients ranging from banks, to private investors, and non-profits. Having a breadth of experience in all disciplines and practice types, Jason spends the bulk of his time assisting clients with asset disposition/acquisition, leasing, financial analysis, and strategic planning. With his depth and quantity of experience on a team that has billions in transaction experience; Jason is able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems with his well-established team and company. Jason is a member of SVN Hospitality, SVN Golf & Resorts and SVN SFR Portfolio Practice Groups, which offers full service brokerage, management and consulting to the hotel, resort & golf industries and SFR portfolio owners. SVN has filled a need in these sectors across the country serving clients in all areas of their business.
