Biography

 JP began his career at SVN | Northco in early April of 2015. As an Associate Advisor he has taken on numerous tasks including representing tenants in the Twin Cities area, understanding financial models and building offering memorandums for clients. He has simultaneously worked on retail, office, land and hospitality properties throughout the metro and has communicated thoroughly as a liaison between property owners and investors. He has become fluent with SVN’s expansive online platform which includes software such as Microsoft Office, ClientLook, Buildout, Google Docs and Real Capital Analytics. Along with SVN’s suite, JP has a vast array of knowledge with many programs and websites used in the commercial real estate industry. JP uses his computer-savvy skills to add an insightful and knowledgeable angle on commercial real estate transactions. JP has been working on an established team that has closed over $2 billion in real estate transactions. While at SVN | Northco he has grown relationships in & outside of the office and has developed a passion for the commercial real estate industry. As he continues his career in the field he plans on becoming even more versatile while ultimately putting his client’s needs first.
