John Tinkham

Biography

 John Tinkham, 56, is our general counsel and vice president of development. Mr. Tinkham  was most recently assistant general counsel for Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation, where he was responsible for securities law, mergers and acquisitions and licensing and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Tinkham was associated with Latham & Watkins. Mr. Tinkham holds a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
