Biography
As Executive Vice President for System One, Mark Fenske is responsible for strategic business initiatives and the operations of large global workforce management solutions. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the contract labor staffing and technical services fields. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President for Hudson’s Energy practice and earlier as an Executive Vice President for a large New York City-based staffing firm. Mark’s background includes sales and operations management for complex vendor-on-premises (VOP) services contracts throughout a variety of business sectors, including: utilities and power generation, manufacturing, food, financial and banking. Mark has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Westinghouse Electric Company, General Electric Nuclear Power, Siemens, U.S. Steel, Hershey Foods, AREVA and Parsons. In addition to recruitment and staffing processes, his experience in variable workforce management includes custom training programs; employee evaluations and certification; industry specific regulatory compliance issues; quality assurance; safety programs; and employee screening and security clearance programs.
