Biography
Rich Weede is the Director of Marketing for System One. As the leader of the marketing department, Rich is responsible for driving the planning, development and execution of System One’s marketing and communications initiatives. His primary responsibility is to support revenue generation by improving talent acquisition marketing while simultaneously increasing new client generation. Rich has particular expertise in marketing analytics and branding and works cross-functionally with recruiting, sales and shared services teams to improve operational best practices. Rich previously led the marketing department at Kforce and served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 – 2007. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
