Ross Baldwin

Biography

Ross has over 35 years’ experience as a consultant, including 13 years of Mexico manufacturing and shelter service experience. Preceding his career with TACNA, Ross was consulting with companies for 22 years at Arthur Andersen, where he was a consulting and audit partner. He served as the office managing partner of the Arthur Andersen Sacramento office and served on the senior management committee responsible for operations of 7 Western states and more than 2,500 professionals. Ross has traveled to 25 foreign countries and 49 of the 50 states on business, helping companies to succeed. In his role at TACNA, Ross has held business meetings with Mexico’s previous President Felipe Calderon, Baja California Mexico’s governor and mayors of various Mexican cities. Ross holds a B.A. in Accounting from from Weber State University.
