Biography
Tim G. Culp serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of New TEC (Tandem Energy Corporation). Mr. Culp joined Tandem Energy Holdings Inc. in June 2005 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Culp has over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience with over 20 years of experience in property acquisitions and development. He served as Vice President of Tandem Energy Corporation from 1992 to 2004 and in the same capacities with Shamrock Energy Corporation from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Culp was a Co-founder and Senior Officer of TEC and Shamrock Energy Corporation and its operating affiliate, Arrowhead Operating Inc. Prior to forming TEC, Mr. Culp served as Vice President with Adobe Resources Corporation from 1986 to 1992. Prior to joining Adobe, he was a Manager for the public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. He has been Chairman of the Board and a Director of Platinum Energy Resources Inc. since October 26, 2007. Mr. Culp, a former CPA, was a past Member of the American Institute and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 1981.
