Biography

 Dr. Allen Chao, Ph.D., serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tanvex BioPharma, Inc. Dr. Chao served as Senior Advisor at Delos Advisors Limited. He is Founder of Tanvex Biologics, Inc. and serves as its Executive Chairman. Dr. Chao serves as an Advisor of Frontline BioVentures. He serves as the Chairman and Managing Partner of Newport Healthcare Advisors, LLC. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Watson Laboratories Inc. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Actavis Pharma Inc. He co-founded Allergan plc (Alternative Name: Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Actavis plc) in 1983 and served as its President from February 1998 to October 2002 again from November 30, 2004 to September 4, 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to September 4, 2007. He serves as the Chairman of Aurora Imaging Technology, Inc. He serves as the Chairman of Actavis plc. He served as an Executive Chairman of Allergan plc from September 4, 2007 to May 12, 2008 and served as its Non Executive Chairman from May 1996 to September 4, 2007.
