Lynnet Koh-LeMaire has extensive Senior and C-level executive experience in biotech, wireless, internet, consumer products' industries with expertise in leading major new technology/product innovation, new product design, development and commercialization of cutting-edge technologies and products that became game-changers with multi-billion dollar revenues. She has a successful track record in building organizations and teams from ground up: from the idea stage through design development, manufacturing, global market launches and major revenue achievement. She has led major 'skunkworks'/'mission-impossible type' product development projects at AT&T Bell Laboratories to achieve product realization within breakthrough development timeframes with highly efficient use of capital (early in her career) Ms. Koh LeMaire has also led numerous financial transactions including raising over $138MM for her various intrapreunerial/entrepreunerial startups, over $584MM in M&A (all cash deals) and licensing deals. The 'breakthrough products developed by her teams have received 'best-in-class' ratings in their product/industry categories, achieved market leadership positions and multi-billion dollar industry revenues. Industry firsts include the first caller ID in the world, first generation wireless systems that set the global industry standards for mobility, portability and quality, first generation voice over internet products and novel platform enzyme technologies with the potential to transform efficacy outcomes for cell therapy starting with bone marrow transplantation.

Ms. Lynnet Koh, M.B.A. co-founded American Stem Cell, Inc., in 2005 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Ms. Koh served as Co-Program/Project Team Leader of the ASC 101 Development Program. Ms. Koh championed and led the successful development of product/technology innovations. She has also raised over $90MM as a corporate intrapreuner, led the financial and market performance turnaround of AT&T Consumer Products business. She served as Strategic Business Unit Head and Vice President of Product Management/Marketing of AT&T. She is a proven serial entrepreneur. She educated at MIT and completed Brand Management training at Proctor & Gamble. Ms. Koh has also led numerous deals including, raising over $115MM for her various intrapreunerial/entrepreunerial startups, numerous M&A and licensing deals. MIT educated, she was in high potential executive leadership programs with industry leaders which provided her the hands on growth opportunity to demonstrate results in general management, brand management, sales leadership, new product development, product commercialization, P&L and market performance management.
