Biography
Dr. Benjamin Newton is Assistant Professor of Political Science and Coordinator of Legal Studies at Tarleton State University. He has studied government, law, history, and classics, and incorporates these studies into his teaching and research. He researches political philosophy and jurisprudence, and is currently preparing a book on the jurisprudence of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes. His prior publications include Marcus Tullius Cicero: On Duties published by Cornell University Press.
