Biography
In an organization full of extroverts, Marty’s quiet, analytical style has the power to bring clarity to the fog, organization to the chaos, and balance to the boardroom. Marty elevates the conversation when he brings metrics to the table, but he is much more than just a numbers guy. He’s great at synthesizing complex business ideas into a story, providing a tangible explanation of what TSP can do for its clients. Marty joined TSP in 2004, leading accounting and finance for the firm. He was promoted to Vice President in 2011, and assumed responsibility for the build out of technology tools to support all practice areas. In 2014, Marty’s responsibilities expanded to include operations, and he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations. Prior to TSP, Marty served as a Corporate Accounting Manager for Worthington Industries, a Fortune 1000 Company, and was previously a Financial Analyst at BISYS Fund Services. Marty holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University.
