Biography
The first thing you might notice about Mick is his contagious laugh, but the thing you will always remember about him is how important he makes you feel. Like the great sports coaches Mick reads about, he dedicates himself to helping others be the best they can be—clients, colleagues, and pretty much everyone he meets. Mick keeps his team and his clients on track and working toward a shared vision. He’ll always ask the next question, the tough question, the one that needs to be asked to challenge everyone, achieve resolution, and move forward. And then he listens—close enough to hear what you’re really saying, not just what you are telling him. After joining TSP in 1993, Mick was named Partner in 2000 and was promoted to President in 2008. As President, he has been instrumental in the development of our clinical and commercial businesses and has built long-term strategic partnerships with clients such as Shire, Pearl Therapeutics, and inVentiv Health. Previously, he worked in the consumer products sector with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Nabisco. Mick holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
