Heath Mitts

Biography

Heath Mitts is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity. Heath is responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy for the company. As CFO, he creates the financial infrastructure necessary to drive the Company’s financial direction, vision, and compliance initiatives. Heath joined TE Connectivity in September 2016. Previously, Heath served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX Corporation since March 2011 and served as Vice President of Corporate Finance from September 2005 to February 2011. Prior to joining IDEX, Heath worked for PerkinElmer from 2001 to 2005 as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer Asia, based in Singapore.  

Research Interest

Prior to PerkinElmer, he worked at Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal) from 1996 to 2001 in a variety of senior financial leadership positions, including the Finance leader of Honeywell’s aerospace avionics business. He has been a Director at Columbus McKinnon Corporation since May 2015. Heath holds Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
