Brad King

Biography

As chief executive officer of RG, Brad King brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in government, professional, and IT services. Before joining the team at RG, Brad held a number of positions that helped inform the vision and forward-thinking mindset critical to RG's success. As CEO of the North American operations of Serco Group, Brad led a transformation that resulted in exponential growth and the establishment of Serco as a highly regarded government services contractor working on behalf of national and local governments across the U.S. and Canada. As CEO of Library Systems & Services (LSSI), he led the company through a period of significant growth and change, opening new markets in Florida and the United Kingdom. He began his leadership career in the IT field, as chief information officer at Day & Zimmermann. In this position he led the implementation of new enterprise-wide systems and supporting infrastructure, improving both the interconnectivity and efficiency of processes across the company's diverse lines of business. Three years on the government services team at Behrman Capital provided Brad with diverse government contract services market awareness and investment experience. Early roles as a Boeing program cost and schedules manager on three of the largest defense programs of the 20th century provided a firm base of understanding and appreciation of RG's 35-year legacy as the premier provider of program management services. RG has had a long history of success in the government and commercial sectors. The combination of Brad's experiences and leadership qualities ensure that under his guidance, RG will continue this tradition of innovation and excellence in the future. Brad is a board and past executive committee member of the Professional Services Council (PSC). He received the PSC 2016 Leadership Award for his work as chair of the PSC Acquisition & Business Policy Council. He is also a past board member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
