Mark Kemp

Biography

Mark joined Tecomet in 2015 as President and CEO, in May of 2016 he was appointed to CEO by the Tecomet Board of Directors. Mark also serves as a member of Tecomet’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Tecomet, Mark spent 16 years with Flextronics (Flex) in progressively responsible leadership roles where he established a reputation for significantly scaling a medical outsourcing business through organic growth, asset deals and mergers & acquisitions. Mark believes that building a company culture focused on both customer service and personal accountability produces a sustainable strategic advantage. Today, Mark’s vision is dedicated to leading a team that understands the importance of their role by promoting transparent employee communications and creating product & service solutions that support our global customers increasing “solutions” requirements. Mark is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Leadership Development Program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
