Biography

"Pam joined Tecomet in the spring of 2016. With more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, she has most recently served the in the global medical device manufacturing industry. In her role today, Pam welcomes the opportunity to assist the Tecomet workforce by consistently looking for ways to continue their succession planning path in order to match the rapid pace within our growing industry. Possessing a strong belief in continuous improvement and the principle that corporations should invest in their people, Pam supports the continual growth of every employee. She regularly looks for developmental assignments matching the unique skills and talents demonstrated by the employee with the corresponding career growth opportunity. Pam routinely focuses on growing the overall human resource base and preparing the company to meet new and upcoming challenges. Pam graduated with a BA from Ball State University and an MS from Rutgers University."
