Biography
Dr. David received MD, from New York University, School of Medicine, New York, in 1987. He joined residency, Internal Medicine, at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, in 1990. DR. David was awarded with Outstanding Educator in Emergency Medicine, Lewis Katz School of Medicine, 2005, 2010 and Excellence in Teaching Award, Emergency Medicine Residency Program, Temple University Hospital, in 2008.
