Richard C. Tuttle

Biography

 Mr. Richard C. Tuttle, also known as Rick, has been Founding Principal at Prospect Partners, LLC since 1998. Mr. Tuttle is a Principal of Polymer Corporation. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at HCR ManorCare, Inc. from 1992 to 1996. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Tuttle served as a Principal with GTCR, LLC and was involved with investing in and building companies through acquisition including Cable Design Technologies. From 1983 to 1987, he served as a Manager at McKinsey & Company, Inc. He served as a Manager of Operations for a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum. He serves as the Chairman of Board at All Glass & Windows Holdings, Inc from September 21, 2016. He serves as the Chairman at ESI Lighting, Inc., Energy Solutions International, Inc., Velvac, Inc., Polymer Corporation, World Data Products, Inc., Office Resources, Inc. and Tender Products Corporation. He is a Director of Qualitas Manufacturing Inc. He served as Chairman of Excello Products, LLC, Remuda Ranch Company and Optronics, Inc. Mr. Tuttle has been an Independent Director of Hyatt Hotels Corporation since December 2004. Mr. Tuttle served as a Director of Belden Inc. since 1989, Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2012 and HCR ManorCare, Inc. from November 2004 to December 2007. He served as Director of Marina Medical Billing Service, Inc., Utility Service Partners, Inc. and Education Corporation of America. He has 20 years of experience in private equity. He received an MBA in 1983 from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA degree in Economics from Stanford University in 1978.
