 Ms. V. Lynn Evans, CPA is the Owner of a Certified Public Accounting and Consulting Firm providing professional services with an emphasis on small businesses, nonprofit organizations, local governmental units and the legal community. Ms. Evans is an Organizer of First Alliance Bank. She worked for accounting firms in Memphis and Southfield, Mich., before starting her firm. She has been the Chairman of Tennessee Valley Authority since January 2017. She served as Chairman of Board of Commissioners at Memphis Light, Gas and Water. She serves as a Director of First Alliance Bank. She serves as Director of First Alliance Bancshares, Inc. She has been a Director of Tennessee Valley Authority since January 2013. She served as a Member of Board of Commissioners of Memphis Light, Gas and Water.
