Mr. David R. Gaboury, PE serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Terracon Consultants, Inc. Mr. Gaboury served as President at Terracon Consultants, Inc. from 1997 to March 2017. As a licensed professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience in environmental, geo-environmental and water resources engineering, Mr. Gaboury is widely recognized as an industry and business leader. Mr. Gaboury has been a Director of Reynolds Smith & Hills Inc. since September 2014. He is a member of the Construction Industry Round Table, Incident and Injury-Free Executive Forum and CEO Conference Group.
