Mori A. Goldberg

Biography

om 1995 to 2015, Mr. Goldberg served in senior management positions at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, including senior vice president of administration and assistant secretary of the company from 2013-2015 as vice president of finance and vice president of finance and administration between 1995-2013 and as a treasurer from 1995 to 2012 From 1991-1995, Mr. Goldberg served as CFO, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of PharmaGenics Inc. And as a director. From 1987 to 1990 he was a manager at Chase Manhattan Bank and from 1973-1987 held several managerial positions in finance and organizational development at American Cyanamid Company. Mr. Goldberg serves as a director of Aerie Pharmaceuticals since 2013 and as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee Mr. Goldberg holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from New York University (NYU), a master's degree in international economics from the London School of Economics and an  MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr. Goldberg's long-term experience in leading pharmaceutical companies, as well as his knowledge in the financial field, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, will contribute to the Board of Directors extensively in the global pharmaceutical industr
