Biography
Korok Ray is on the accounting faculty of the Texas A&M University Mays School of Business. His academic research primarily focuses on compensation and corporate governance, though he has also written on financial regulation and venture capital. He is primarily, though not exclusively, a theorist. He has taught both managerial accounting (undergraduate, MBA, executive) and financial accounting (undergraduate). He also served as Senior Economist of Financial Services on the White House Council of Economic Advisers from 2007-2008.
