Biography
Mahdi Mohseni is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. He received his Ph.D. in finance in 2015 from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He also received M.Sc and B.Sc. degrees in industrial engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Iran. His current research focuses on corporate governance, control rights, and debt contracts. He teaches a corporate finance course at the undergraduate level.
