Dr. Sebastian Hoyos is woking as an Associate Professor in the department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University, USA. He has done Ph.D. from University of Delaware, 2004. He has done M.S. from University of Delaware, 2002. He hs completed B.S. from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, 2000.
