Biography
Julie Reiter is the Vice President, Human Resources and Sustainable Development for Clarke and affiliated companies. She has been with the company since 2000 and in that time has developed a Human Resource department, formalized company policies and procedures, streamlined benefit programs and guided organizational development. Most recently she has championed Clarke’s organizational design to foster and advance sustainability initiatives. Julie is a graduate of Lake Erie College in Ohio where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Management. Since joining the human resources profession more than 20 years ago, she has gained a wide knowledge base on a variety of issues and industry types. Her well-rounded experience and knowledge was highlighted when she was honored as the 2013 Human Resources Professional of the Year by the Management Association of Illinois. When she isn’t working, Julie can often be found gardening, biking and enjoying the outdoors.
