 Mr. Michael S. Wyzga, also known as Mike, MBA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Aura Biosciences, Inc. Mr. Wyzga served as an Advisor of Radius Health, Inc. since November 2013. Mr. Wyzga served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at Sanofi Biosurgery (formerly, Genzyme Biosurgery Corporation) since May 2003 and its Chief Accounting Officer since January 1999 and also Chief Financial Officer since July 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Radius Health, Inc., from December 5, 2011 to November 11, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at Genzyme Oncology, Inc. (also known as Genzyme Molecular Oncology, an affiliate of Genzyme Tissue Repair) since May 2003 and its Chief Financial Officer since July 1999 and Chief Accounting Officer since January 1999. He is a biotechnology consultant and has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at Genzyme Corporation since May 2003. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Genzyme Corporation since July 1999. Mr. Wyzga served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Genzyme Corporation until December 2008 and its Principal Accounting Officer since January 1999. From February 1997 to February 1998, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sovereign Hill Software, Inc. From 1991 to 1997, he served various Senior Management Positions with CACHELINK Corporation and Lotus Development Corporation. Prior to his role at Sovereign Hill Software, Mr. Wyzga served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for CacheLink Corporation and held various management positions at Lotus Development Corporation, including Vice President of Finance and Director of Plans and Controls.
