Biography
Ms Mullin is an attorney with the Federal Public Defender in Alexandria, Virginia. She graduated from NYU School of Law in 2003 and was a trial and supervising attorney with the District of Columbia Public Defender Service (PDS) for nine years. Ms. Mullin has also served as Magistrate Judge on D.C. Superior Court’s Family Court and as Deputy Capital Defender at the Northern Virginia Capital Defender Office. She was previously adjunct faculty at American University’s Washington College of Law.
