Biography
Dr. Kate M. Pierce is a native of Greensboro. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts. She then received a D.D.S. with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following dental school, she completed a three year pediatric dentistry residency program and received a Master's of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Pierce is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and several state and local dental societies. Dr. Pierce is an adjunct faculty member at the UNC School of Dentistry where she teaches in the pediatric dentistry clinic.
