Biography
Margot Eisner Freedman serves as Vice President at The Irvington Institute for Immunological Research. At the Irvington Institute, Ms. Freedman was deeply involved in the postdoctoral fellowship program, establishing a fellowship in her mother's name. She serves as a Trustee at Jewish Home Lifecare. She serves as a Director at The Irvington Institute for Immunological Research. She has been a Trustee at Cancer Research Institute, Inc. since October 2007. Ms. Freedman was a Member of the board of the Irvington Institute of Immunological Research from 1997 to 2007. She has devoted her efforts to charitable causes in the areas of medical research, care for the elderly and arts education. Since 1990, Ms. Freedman has been a docent at the Whitney Museum of American Art. She has been involved at every level of operation at the Jewish Home Lifecare Sytems including sitting on the Central Board, the Sarah Neuman Board for one of the individual campuses, as well as the Long Range Planning Committee, Compensation Committee, and Development Committee. Ms. Freedman graduated from Smith College in 1962.
