Biography
Hon. Francis Joseph McKenna, also known as Frank, P.C., O.C., O.N.B., Q.C. has been a Counsel at McInnes Cooper & Robertson, Barristers and Solicitors in Atlantic Canada since January 1998. Mr. McKenna serves as Director and Deputy Chairman of TD Bank Financial Group since May 1, 2006. He has been Deputy Chair of Toronto-Dominion Bank since May 1, 2006 and served as its Director since May 1, 2006. Mr. McKenna has been an Independent Director of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. since August 2006 and Chairman of the board since August 2010 and also served as its Lead Director. He serves as a Director for Barrett Corporation and UPS. Mr. McKenna has been an Independent Director at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since August 01, 2006. He serves as a Member of the AMEC Americas Advisory Board.
