Biography
Jason A. DeCaro, PhD, Associate Professor of Anthropology, is the director of DEHB. Dr. DeCaro's primary areas of research interest concern the intersections of cognitive, ecocultural, and biological anthropology, with special foci on child growth & development, stress, and physical activity. Dr. DeCaro has been recognized by the University of Alabama through the 2015 President's Faculty Research Award for the Social Sciences.
