Biography
Dr. Richard Trotter is an Associate Professor of Management whose doctorate is from the University of Pennsylvania and also has a J.D. from Rutgers University and is a member of the Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court bar. His teaching interests are in the areas of employment law, labor relations, human resource management, organizational behavior and international business. His research interests are in employment law-employment discrimination; labor relations-Employee Free Choice Act; international business and economic development
