Research Interest
My research examines the intersection of Strategic Management and Corporate Governance. I am especially interested in how corporate boards act as wealth protectors as well as wealth creators. Furthermore, I explore how external and internal governance mechanisms complement and substitute each other to work as a bundle of corporate governance.
