Biography
Dr. Amir M. Khan has graduated from Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan, during the period of 1989. He has received Fellowship from University of Texas-Houston Medical School, Houston, Texas, during the period of 1994-1998. Currently, he is working as Professor in University of Texas Medical School.
Research Interest
1. Lung inflammation in meconium aspiration syndrome 2. Gene-environment interactions and development of childhood asthma 3. GERD and chronic lung disease 4. Ventilatory strategies in neonatal lung diseases 5. Use of ECMO in neonatal and pediatric respiratory failure
