Biography
Dr. Elenir Avritscher has Graduated School from University of Sao Paulo Medical School, Sao Paulo, Brazil. He has received his Postdoctoral Fellowship for PhD (Health Economics) at The University of Texas Health Science Center Houston, Texas and Fellowship for MBA/MHA at University of Houston, Clear Lake, Texas. Currently he is working as Clinical Assistant Professor in The University of Texas Medical school.
