Dr. Ian J. Butler has graduated from University of Adelaide (Medicine) Adeladie, Australia, during the period of 1964. He has received fellowship from University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, during the period of 1969. Currently, he is working as Professor in University of Texas Medical School.
