Biography
Dr. José Garcia has graduated from University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, Minnesota, during the period of 1978. He has received Fellowship from Tripler Army Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, Honolulu, Hawaii, during the period of 1981-1983. Currently, he is working as Professor in University of Texas Medical School.
