Biography
Dr. Michael R. Blackburn has received his PhD in Thomas Jefferson University, Germany. Currently, he is working as Professor and Director of Pulmonary Center of Excellence in University of Texas Medical school. He has received his postdoctoral fellowship in Baylor College of Medicine.
