Biography
Dr. Pedro Mancias has graduated from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, Houston, Texas, during the period of 1984 - 1988. He has received Postdoctoral fellowship from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, Houston, Texas, during the period of 1990 - 1993. Currently, he is working as Professor in the university of Texas medical school.
