Biography
Robert Tett completed his Ph.D. from University of Western Ontario and is the Director of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Professor of Psychology at Henry Kendall College of Arts & Sciences in the University of Tulsa.
Research Interest
Industrial-Organizational Psychology (i.e., the psychology of work), specifically targeting personality trait-situation interactions in the workplace, leadership competencies, and trait-emotional intelligence.
