Biography
William Dugger is an institutional economist working on institutional reconstruction to reduce unemployment, inequality and poverty by providing better opportunities for the unemployed and impoverished to participate in productive economic activity. His work involves improving monetary and fiscal policies as well as reconstructing the institutions making those policies in both the US and the global economies. At the global level, The Big Three Integrating Institutions of interest to him are the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and World Trade Organization.
