Mr. John Barrows serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Thrive Networks, Inc. Mr. Barrows is responsible for driving sustained revenue growth and ensuring that Thrive is represented at the highest level in the marketplace. He joined Thrive in 2000 as its seventh employee after being approach by its founders who were seeking someone to head up the sales and marketing efforts for the new company. He helped Thrive achieve market-leading revenue growth through a unique team-based sales approach developed by him. Mr. Barrows served as a Sales and Marketing executive for Black & Decker, chosen to lead a new ‘event team' focused on representing DeWalt power tools in the North East. He then transitioned to Xerox to become a highly successful Government Account Executive. He has MA and attended the University of Maryland at College Park where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.
