Biography
Chris Haker has 20 years of experience in geotechnical and dam engineering analysis and design. He has performed these services for commercial and industrial building foundations, and permanent retaining wall structures. This includes municipal infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, water tanks, pump stations, roadway embankments, and bridges. An expert in dam engineering, Chris also performs inspections, design and construction phase services for complete dam rehabilitations and re-construction. He has managed the inspection and rehabilitation of a multitude of concrete, stone masonry, and earth embankment dams throughout the Northeast. This includes multiple dam projects for the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation and regional water companies.
