Biography
For almost 30 years Dave Cedarholm has honed his engineering expertise to benefit public infrastructure improvement projects and asset management for a broad range of municipal/public works facilities. This includes water, wastewater, and stormwater management systems, dams, transportation and roadways, solid waste, and capital improvement plans. He also provides, planning board site plan reviews, municipal budgeting, ordinance development, and state and federal regulatory compliance and permitting. Dave’s experience working with municipalities includes nine years as town engineer and second in command of the Public Works Department in Durham, New Hampshire. He is a former selectman, current planning board member, and active participant on numerous other committees in his hometown of Lee, New Hampshire. These experiences give Dave a valuable perspective of municipal governance, budgeting, planning, and public infrastructure management.
