Biography
Dave Loring is a principal who offers 30 years of experience in land development and municipal infrastructure. Over his career he has served as the lead designer, manager, and client contact for many of our more complex projects. His attention to detail and passion for quality is present regardless of project size or complexity. Dave’s accomplishments are many including: Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), LEED AP, Licensed Construction Supervisor, Title V System Inspector, and Title V Certified Soil Evaluator. He is also the firm’s Technical Director for Land Use and Transportation Services, serves on the Western New England University’s College of Engineering Industry Advisory Council, and is an ACEC TALC (Transportation Agencies Liaison Committee) member.
