Biography
Doug Stellato provides environmental compliance and permitting support to our regulatory compliance group. His background in chemical engineering, experience in the industrial field and as a wastewater treatment operator, gives him excellent resources with which to understand and solve environmental issues for a long and varied list of clients. Doug’s expertise includes regulatory compliance, project management, chemical reporting and inventories, Chemical Control Laws, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), and wastewater treatment.
