Biography
John Block is an experienced civil engineer, land surveyor, and Principal-in-Charge. For more than 47 years, he has overseen and designed many large, mixed-use redevelopment projects throughout Connecticut and the northeast. He also provides civil and traffic engineering services for a wide range of clients in government, education, healthcare and the private sector. Other specialties include master planning, utility system designs, permitting and approvals, and floodplain and stormwater management.
